DEATH CLAIMS FOWLER WOMAN
Mrs. Wm. Everts Passes Away Monday Morning; Funeral Held

Fowler--Mrs. Wm. Everts, 53, died Monday morning at Sparrow hospital
following an operation.
Mrs. Bertha Lamb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Lamb, was born on the
homestead two miles west and one-half mile south of St. Johns and was
married to Wm. Everts. Mr. and Mrs. Everts had lived in their
home in Fowler about twenty-five years. She leaves besides her
husband two brothers, Wm. and Ed. Lamb of St. Johns and four nieces and
two nephews, besides other relatives and a host of friends.
The funeral was held at the house Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. W. S.
Phillips officiating and interment in the St. Johns cemetery.
Mrs. Everts will be greatly missed as she always sang for
funerals. She had a kind and loving disposition which eneared her
to all.
